The Couple

I really enjoy learning about our couples before we dive into the design process. The inspiration for Keri & Michael’s wedding design came from their super edgy engagement photos complete with leather jackets. With that we evolved the design into a botanical forest wedding with an edgy boho twist,

The Details

For this wedding the couple wanted it to feel like they walked into an enchanted forest. Greenery and bursts of rich jewel toned flowers were in abundance from a beautifully adorned ceremony arch to a moss escort card display. To showcase the side of their relationship that loves rock concerts a neon sign that said, “‘Til Death” was the perfect accent for their photo booth backdrop.

Wedding Day

After getting ready separately with their families, the couple chose to do an intimate first look at a nearby park, From the moment they connected you could feel the love between them. By the end of the ceremony the groom had us all in tears with his poetic vows, Tears were then replaced with beaming smiles of joy as the two walked out of their ceremony through a wall of bubbles. With a couple whose taste in music was killer, they made sure their guests were entertained with a live saxophonist playing during cocktail hour. The couple had one last surprise for their guests - a choreographed first dance complete with multiple lifts and dips! K&M, we hope you continue to love each other, life and the gift of music!
